Pesto Besto

This pesto is fab and keeps really well in the fridge.

Ingredients:
Large handful of fresh basil
100ml extra virgin olive oil
50g cashew nut butter
50g freshly grated Parmesan
6 cloves garlic (crushed)
2 tbsp capers
2 tbsp White wine vinegar

Method:
Whiz all ingredients together in a blender or food processor and store in a sterilised jar in the fridge.
